 Spa Etiquette

Gratuity: 

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. Our staff work very hard to ensure you have a good experience here and tips are greatly appreciated. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash, check or credit card. With parties of 4 or more a minimum 20% gratuity will be added at check out. 

Check-in & Service time: 

We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service time. Total Duration 1 hour (which includes 10 minutes for dressing/undressing)

Of course, beyond the check in policies we invite all guests receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment here at Bove Spa and Wellness.

Cancellation Policy:

When canceling an appointment, we require all customers to provide MORE than 24 hours notice on Tuesday-Thursday, 48 hours notice on Friday & Saturday. Parties of 6 or more require 72 hours notice before the schedule time. 

Otherwise, we charge for the full service price for cancellations.  

Cell Phones: 

We kindly ask that you turn all mobile devices to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist if there is anything we can do to make your stay enjoyable.

Gift Card Expiration: 

We would like to remind you that all Gift Cards expire one year from the date of purchase.
