Spa Etiquette & Policies
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. Our staff work very hard to ensure you have a good experience here and tips are greatly appreciated. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash, check or credit card. With parties of 4 or more a minimum 20% gratuity will be added at check out.
We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service time. Of course, beyond the check in policies we invite all guests receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment here at Bove Spa and Wellness.
Our business operates on a scheduled appointment basis. When canceling an appointment, we require all customers to provide MORE than 24 hours notice on weekdays, 48 hours notice on weekends and parties of 6 or more 72 hours notice before the schedule time.
Otherwise, we charge for the full service price for cancellations.
Gift Cards: Please keep in mind that gift cards are only valid for one year after the purchase date.
We kindly ask that you turn all mobile devices to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist if there is anything we can do to make your stay enjoyable.
Gift Card Expiration:
We would like to remind you that all Gift Cards expire one year from the date of purchase.
